For the specialized irregular shaped component having low C.G. and low conveying capacity, we developed a conveying and cleaning system that could convey using powered systems. The component travels to and fro a pneumatic cleaning system that blows out all the coolant and scraps on the surface and within holes of the component. This equipment is ideal for conveying and basic blow cleaning of the component while travel from one machine to another.
