For Assembling critical bulky components of automobile parts that can be fitted together to attain a close fit. The manner of handling these components with the required orientation is critical to the smooth functioning of the system. The components require a strong and precise handling method to ensure proper fitment and alignment. We were able to make a semi-automated device that was designed to assist the operator to align and match the two components without any fatigue.
