Soft Cast Cores on pallets are to be conveyed from one area in the foundry to the location where the cores have to be cast into the moulds. After multiple site visits we identified the constraint of space to develop a system using our power rollers to be placed overhead with minimum automation for start, stop and directional control. With this multi-layered system, the customer was able to save unnecessary long trolley movement. This system was complete with the control panel, logic of operations and the pallet return system that was most useful for the customer.
