For a Large Automobile component, we developed a fixture that could be rotated about its own central axis so as to facilitate indexing and stopping at different orientations. This operation was useful to perform certain testing and assembling of sub-components. The component was clamped and index stopped at different orientations along the 360degrees to perform the desired tasks. The design of the clamping, turning and assembling system was taken up by us with satisfaction to the customer.
