The stack of pallets can be loaded onto the system through the operator fork lift. Our system will detach the stack and feed only one empty pallet to the next stations with cross transfer Chain and Roller conveyors, a vibratory filling station, capping and finally exit conveyors complete with electrical, hydraulic & electro-pneumatic systems. Pallets are dispensed every 20 seconds for non-stop operation.
