Completely inhouse design, manufacture, supply and erection for this Tunnel Based Dryer Oven and cooler conveyor. The Air Flow was heated till 200 Deg C and was controlled with baffle plates within the chambers. The insulation and the sealing was done without any leakages of heat. The cooling area air flow was also controlled to provide a heating and then cooling operation for the product on the belt. We also developed a belt auto-tension system that did not require the operators to constantly tension the belt.
